Sponsor the PAD or PAD Event:
The Nashville PAD arranges the purchase of the proper device for places that do not have the funds available to purchase them. Devices cost between $900 and $1,500.
No device is placed by the Nashville PAD Program without planning and training. The PAD Program helps locations train "intended users" to be certificatied in CPR and AED use and develops an Emergency Action Plan (EAP). Once the device is place, the Nashville PAD Program works closely with the Nashville Fire Department to make sure the devices are properly registered and monitored for years of use and preparedness.
Single donations:
- $1,000 donation can purchase one device, or pay for a 50 person training day
- $500 donation can supply about 3 schools with replacement batteries and pads
- $100 donation can purchase supplies to certify 4 "intended" users at a school or community center.
